Once you navigate to the web portal, you must register by clicking “Register.”
Step 1: Register
Enter the last four digits of your social security number, your date of birth, and your registration code. Your registration code can be found on the letter you received in the mail a few days before the beginning of the verification period. After entering this information, click “Find Registration.”
Step 2: Registration Lookup
If you do not have access to your registration code, you may obtain a new one by clicking “lookup here.”
You will be prompted with the screen below. Complete the required information then click “Reset Registration Code.” Your new registration code will be automatically filled in for you on the registration screen.
Step 3: Set Username and Password
Create your username, password, and enter your email address. You will need to access this email address for the next step. Once you have entered this information, click “Create Account.”
Select your Username. You will use your chosen username for future logins. Your username must be at least 6 characters, and your password must be at least 8 characters. Before creating an account, you must check the box next to “I accept terms and conditions.” You may view the terms and conditions by clicking “View Terms.”
Once you have entered your username and password and accepted the terms, click “Create Account.”
Step 4: Verify Email
To complete your account setup, retrieve your unique verification code from your e-mail.
Enter the unique verification code from your email, then click “Verify Email.”
To resend the unique verification code to your e-mail, click “Resend the email”.
Step 5: Confirm Your Information
If your information is correct, click “Begin My Dependent Verification.”
If your information is incorrect, you can edit any field by clicking within it.
